Testimonials

As a new residential community we were looking for a targeted way to reach our audience.  Experience 50+ Living has proven to be a great resource to tell our story and share our services.  This handy book is used by our prospective clients, our residents and their families as a fabulous resource for key contacts, while also providing us a great return on our investment as we promote our services to those who need it the most.

A Letter of Thanks

Hi Robert,

Thank you so much for delivering personally to my Better at Home office in Ashcroft.   It was great to meet you and put a face with the emails.

I think this booklet (Thompson Nicola 2016-17 edition) is marvelous – I am passing it out to all my clients.  As a Program Coordinator, I get calls almost daily and one of my greatest resources is your booklet.  So much valuable information and contacts available without having to hunt around.

Already looking forward to next year’s edition.

Thanks, Nancy

Thompson Rivers University has been advertising our Open Learning courses and programs in all editions of the Experience 50+ Living magazine for a few years now. We regularly conduct evaluations of the value of these ads by measuring new enrolments of the 50+ age groups from each region of the Province.

Enrolments consistently spike following the publication of each issue, and have remained higher than in previous years. As such, we have attributed these increased enrolments directly to the Experience magazine ads. The ROI has been very favourable!

Keep up the good work!

” The Experience 50+ Living publication is a great little resource guide used by staff at the Penticton Public Library.”

Larry R. Little, Chief Librarian (Retired), Penticton Public Library

” This is to let you know how much we appreciate your ‘Experience’ publication. While those of us who have lived in the Okanagan for some time really can use a booklet like this. It gives us a chance to see what’s available for Seniors in the Okanagan. However, I think the real value is for those who have recently moved here or maybe thinking of moving here. This ‘Heads-up’ to life in the Okanagan/Similkameen really of interest to those folks. There is a great deal of ‘I didn’t know that’, not only for those new to the Okanagan, but for those of us who have been here for some time. Thank you for publishing a truly useful tool for the residents of the Okanagan/Similkameen.”

Peter Morrow, former Meals on Wheels Coordinator, Oliver

” I just received my first copy of Experience magazine and wanted to say Wow! This attractive, glossy guide is jam-packed with useful information and easy to read. Thanks so much for providing the North Okanagan/Shuswap with such a high quality product, I will be sure to pick up a copy for my parents..”

Inge van Oostveen, WebWoman Communications

” They (Experience Magazines) have been leaving our offices very quickly, people enjoy them because they provide great information that is easy to read and is community oriented. We are very pleased with the outcome of placing ads in Experience Community Guide. Thank you!.”

Nicole Peters, South Okanagan Seniors Wellness Society
